Aku Poyo Bersukan

Ala...kalau tak baca pun, rasanya dah dapat agak kot content entry ni kan

Perasan dak? La ni semua org nak hapdet pasal diaorg ber eksesais

Aku dulu pun apdet gak tapi memilih lah..tak dak la sampai every evening or every weekend ja update ber aktiviti sukan. Yg plg obvious:

- done 5km
- my usual weekend (letak KM, timing, gambar lokasi done lari or hiking
- carboload after run (padahal run less than 5km oi)
- harini tabata jer or zumba
- kalori terbakar harini

Owh my...I ni atleast more than 10km baru laaaaaaa akan update..tu pun kalau ada apa2 yg special about that event

Ni, update nya sakan...tapi sepanjang jalan, rupanya banyak jalan n selfie

Ya...dulu aku update jugak tapi tak la kerap...org meloat

Paling aku annoyed, kau tu tak la lawa, baru run jarak jauh sikit, dh nak belagak kekonon "Kenapa yg depan I tak ensem? Kalau ensem pun, slow pace belakang i, terus tak ensem"

Duhh...girl... Number 1. The goodlooking will slower down coz the pretty ladies usually run slow. Nak jaga kecantikan. I.e to sweat prettily. Number 2. Real runner dont look at looks...we go for status ranking. Number 3. Please join ultramarathon. U will be amaze how goodlooking they are

Tak...aku tak la run..aku bukan runner. Tapi FB, IG, Tweeter aku ramai acah2 runner. Aku jog jog kucing je kat taman.

Semoga one day nanti aku tak jadi mcm mereka
