Dandang Tekanan Berapi

Today I wasted my day just to read about FIRED BOILER.

Tapi macam tak masuk dalam otak ja…sebab tak tengok the real acting actual operating boiler kat site. But the pictures I managed to google, boleh la paham sikit.

Standard in refinery, ada steam drum, water drum/mud drum, downcomer, riser, burners and blow down.

Yes yes…memang mcm simple and sikit je tapi nak paham, aku sendiri dah 6 tahun pun tak paham or even see actual boiler.

Yang trigger nak tau basic hal boiler adalah sebab last week kena attend meeting to review the inspection plan for new boiler that just built recently and RBI already been implemented to it.

Basically, just read the theoretical of a bi-drum boiler. Macam mudah sikit.

Boiler feed water, masuk ke steam drum via economizer. The economizer heat up the feed water up to temperature close to saturation temperature. In steam drum, water is saperated with the steam. Dengan gunakan density differences. Melalui downcomer, akan ke evaporator section. Tak sure evaporator buat apa tapi macam nak heat kan lagi the feed water.

From evaporator, via riser akan path balik ke steam drum. So the one yg panas tadik akan mix lagi dengan the newly fed boiler feed water to produce steam.

Ntah btui ka dak, malam ni nak baca balik lagik pasal boiler. Mampuih tak paham..hahahaha

sama macam manusia laa....bila panasssss kasik mandi ka, amik wuduk ka...semayang kask tenang, pastu becampoq dengan org² tgh panas, bagi kurang balik panas...

Macam tak kena ja metafora....hahahaha...balik balik...
